What a good day: Back On My Weight Loss Trip and this time it's going to work.

GOOD DAY everyone and yes it is a very good day. Today i decided to stop my bullshiting and really get back on track with my weight loss for a healthier and happier me. This morning i said fuch waiting until monday comes, I'm always saying I will start on monday and like that famous quote states "Why put off for tomorrow what you can do today" and that shit is so i'm on it. This morning I started off with a healthy before workout snack (the worst thing you can do is workout on an empty stomach) and a glass of water. I worked out for 20 minutes (not much i know but its a start) and then had another glass of water (btw, i flippin hate water).

So now I am feeling great and my day is going great, sometimes working out in the morning can really set the pace of your entire day.

I have also created a chart that i keep on the back of my door of the days of the month and I've created a set workout schedule of 4 times a week. I also will only weigh myself twice a month, once at the beginning and then again at the end of the month and in between time my scale will be put away so there won't be any temptation to step on it, and my Wii board needs batteries so there will be no urge to step on that either.

Im also not going to go around saying oh i can't eat this or i can't eat that, I'm gonna eat, but with portion control. I love cake but I don't intend to have cake all the time, thats something i can treat myself to once a month. I also plan on still continuing to eat out but order something healthy from the menu and if it's large portions eat some at the restaraunt and carry the rest home. It's all about portion control, drinking water and working out. I've done this before and I will do it again.

One of my friends also followed this and she went from a size 22 to a size 12 in a year. I can do this, I know I can, and I will. I know that it will not be easy, i've proved that to myself time and time again, but i refuse to get knocked off the horse and stay off, i'm going to dust myself off and get right back on it again.

  2. hey girl, just subbed :] i was diagnosed with pre-diabetes, and i had to change my diet. i lost 40 pounds in 3 months by simply cutting out sugar and most carbs. your body needs everything we put into it, including fat, sugar and carbs. i haven't started to exercise yet, i HATE it. also, i HATE water, i buy those crystal lights to-go [i love the peach mango green tea one, it also boosts your metabolism!] and mix those with my bottled water to get the water i need. no sugar, and adds taste! you can also get that realemon stuff [the lemon juice at the grocery store]. that spruces up water too. if i didn't have those, i know i wouldn't drink what i need to. you have my support! we can all help eachother out :] xoxo
