Talk about missing in action, it has been a month since I've written to all of you and i must apologize for that as well as wish you all a happy new year.
Day one of the new year started off pretty good for me but as of say two i have been in a slump. My motivation for weightloss has not left the building but it's wavering. I'm trying my hardest to get back in the mood like i was before though.
So i have a wedding to go to the end of June in Atlanta and i want to lose 35 lbs. I know i can do it because I've definitely done it before, so that it the goal that i have aet for myself, i guess you can call it my short term goal even though to me 5 months isn't that short of a time. But my long term goal is to lose 65 pounds by December of this year...that is why i need to get back in the swing of things. Wish me luck.
