Shoes-a-holic Buy: Sperry Top-Sider Biscayne Leopard Boat Shoe

I strolled into the new DSW on 34th street in Mannhattan and stumbled across the Sperry Top-Spider Biscayne Leopard Boat Shoes and fell madly inlove with them, unfortunately for me they sell out of stock in a lot of sizes extremely fast. So when they got new shipment I called and had two different sizes put on hold because I wasn't sure which one was going to fit...Yesterday I went and picked my size up walked around in them for a bit and fell even more inlove with this shoe.

A lot of people are head over heels for leopard print this season so I thought I would share this with you guys just in case you haven't seen them.

Drifted Off Track

First, I want to start off by saying that I feel like straight crap, I have drifted so far off my weight loss mission its unreal. However, I am determined to get back on because I need to lose at least 15-20 pounds before July 15 and that's my minimum. The problem is though I don't know how the hell to get back on my mission, I have absolutely no drive since I started my spring semester at school to deal with anything weight loss related. I'm sure that I have put back on some of the weight that I have previously lost, how much, I can't say because my mother hid the scale from me and my Wii board is in need of batteries...so I have no idea how much a presently way and frankly I'm a bit nervous to find out.

I was compelled to read it because the title caught my attention "I Felt a Shudder, Then Satisfaction" and I then looked at the picture.

This women decided to tell her story about her anorexia and it was very moving. Even though i am not anorexic it had me thinking about women with eating disroders, who eat when they're happy, sad, upset, angry whatever the case and refer to it as an obsession with food.

I think this is something everyone should read whether they are anorexic or not.

Who Says You Can't Wear Shorts in the Winter

Today was such a nice day here in NYC so I had to dress according. I put on a pair of stockings, dusted off my denim shorts put on a light top and a cardigan and I was good to go. I felt good today, and I looked just as good as I felt. I hope everyone enjoyed their day.

Ungrateful People

Nothing bothers me more than people who are extremely ungrateful and walk around spewing bullshit about how no one does anything for them when you're one of the few who does. That shit makes me feel as if what I do for them doesn't mean shit, so why the hell should I bother. SMH. One more year to go and I am on the first thing smoking out of here....complain then.

Shoes-a-holic Buy: Steve Madden Winery Wedge Sandals

I am so in-love with these wedges that I purchased yesterday. There is just something about Steve Madden shoes, they are extremely comfortable no matter how high the heal (to me any anyways) and whenever I go shopping I always check out his shoes first weather I'm shopping online or in stores. My heart broke and my soul cried when watching this video. To know that something of this magnitude was taking place and so many people including myself wasn't aware of. Joseph Kony needs to caught and these children need to be saved.

It's beyond my comprehension how someone could gain so much power being only one person.

It's beyond my comprehension how someone could be so wicked to cause crimes using children to kill others, he turns little boys into soldiers to murder and little girls into sex slaves.

I'm upset that this has been going on for so many years (over 20) and America has recently (a few years ago) decided to aide in capturing this sick bastard. America is one of the most powerful countries, if not the most powerfully and I think that if the government was doing something about it from when they first hear about Joseph Kony he might have been stopped a long time ago...but they had the mentality of "not affecting our country, then its not our problem". But like I said the decided to do something after years of knowing and sent some soilders to Uganda, but if they feel like we're letting up or Kony is too dificult to find the government is going to bring the soldiers home.

This is the year to make a difference and capture Joseph Kony. So let's make the bastard famous!

Kind Hearted People Really Do Exist

Early today I was in Manhattan on 34th street by Penn Station and there was a homeless man sitting on the street. A couple of girls came up to him and asked him if he was hunger and the homeless man replied yes, so they gave him something to eat. Then they exchanged names and asked him if he would like them to pray for him, and he said yes. They each laid a hand on him and bowed thier head and said a prayer for him...a very beautiful prayer. It was an amazing sight. I can honestly say that was one of the nicest things that I've ever witnessed someone do. The girls were from Virginia.

A Day on Fashion Ave

So I have lived in New York City for God knows how long, have walked down Fashion Ave between 34th and 42nd street numerous amount of times and never not once did I notice these when walking...showing me that I need to pay more/better attention to my surroundings.
